To provide the outstanding Mexican optics and photonics research with international visibility.

MOPM scope

To establish a world class academic meeting allowing the Mexican optics and photonics community to:

• internationally present the outstanding recent research results reached in Mexico;
• learn about the outstanding recent research results reached abroad;
• promote active collaboration among research teams located in Mexico and abroad; and,
• network the young Mexican researchers with the solidly established research teams.
